We stayed four nights in a 2 bedroom suites. The location was excellent. We picked it for its close proximity to La Defense for the TS concert in Paris. The layout and space was good, but that is where it ended. The carpet was disgusting and stained. The hotel did not have AC as advertised and the rooms were HOT as the temperature in Paris was 22 degrees. We asked for fans in the bedrooms and it barely cut it. We all had unpleasant sleeps. We opened the doors to the balconies to let some air in. It helped but there were no screens so flies come in and the risk of a pigeon too. There was pigeon droppings all over the balconies. The hotel has smoking on some floors. We stayed on the 12 floor (room 1126), and there was a lingering smell of smoke. We stopped on floor 6 once and the elevator doors opened to a huge cloud of smoke. Breakfast was sufficient and the staff were very friendly and did their best considering. The worst part about this hotel beyond the heat and smoke was the lack of privacy and bathrooms. The bathroom was tired and the shower had mold in sections. For the amount we paid per night, it was shabby. Housekeeping enters the room when you have the “do not enter” sign on the door. This happened repeatedly even though we asked front desk not to have them come. One of days I was naked in the room about to have a shower and housekeeping came in despite the sign on the door. When I yelled “no, please leave” they responded “no speak English.” I had to physically go and point for them to leave the room. So violating and unprofessional. It seems they are coming in to police the electricity use. They would come in and take our room key out of the panel the controls the electricity. We had left it on the keep the fans running since there was not AC. It is advertised as a way to be environmentally friendly, but it just left us feeling violated and angry at the inconvenience. We will return to La Defense but not this hotel or brand. Bottom line, if you like comfort, privacy, and smoke free, book elsewhere.

Watch out for unbending, no-common-sense customer service and borderline dishonest behavior We were supposed to stay here to visit our family but couldn't get to France due to an industrial strike. We first called the travel agent we booked the ticket with and were told that the "hotel has a MAY NOT BE CONTACTED policy." We called the hotel twice to check on our options and we were told the first time to wait and to see if the strikes were still on and then call the next day so that the manager could help us. We got a "we're so sorry you can't make it to the hotel but we can't refund because you are now less than 24 hours in advance" even though we called the day before and were told to call back in the morning. Unreal!

We enjoyed our stays and trips there. The rooms are nice and clean. Our beds are made up neatly and cleaned after we got back from the trips. This place is close to the subway and stores. You can take the subway to almost anywhere.

This was my second time staying at Frasier Suites and it was just as amazing as the first time! The workers are so incredibly sweet and helpful! Clara went above and beyond for us and made us feel so welcome! She is an absolute credit to the company! Edwin was also lovely and helpful. Furthermore, everything was spotless in the rooms and they are very spacious. Highly recommend to everyone!
